This Exchange & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for exchanging products purchased from our website www.uandyoung.com (the “Site”) and cancelling orders. By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the instructions below:
Eligibility:
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not be washed, worn, or altered.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items (e.g., earrings, undergarments) for hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
Exchange Process:
Contact Us: Email us at exchanges@uandyoung.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size, color, or style. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Prepare Your Exchange: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include the RMA number provided.
Ship Your Exchange: Send the exchange package to the following address:
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned to us safely. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Processing Your Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will process the new item(s) and ship them to you. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed and shipped.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@uandyoung.com with your order number and request for cancellation.
After 24 Hours:
- If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, we may not be able to cancel it as it may already be processed for shipping. In such cases, you may need to wait until the order is delivered and then initiate a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
