Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must not be washed, worn, or altered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@uandyoung.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include the RMA number provided.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the return package to the following address: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned to us safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Amount:

  • The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will also refund the original shipping costs and cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
